The Foundry Renovation

Adaptive reuse of a 1960s warehouse into a daylit studio workspace.

We assessed the existing structure, strengthened the roof trusses, and inserted a steel mezzanine. The challenge was retaining the building's raw character while bringing it up to current loading codes.
