Ridge Crest is a contemporary family home that balances privacy with openness. The structural scheme uses a slim post-tensioned slab to free the ground floor of columns, while a perforated concrete screen filters the harsh western sun. Every drawing — from foundation to roof — was issued build-ready and approved on first submission.
