A compact commercial block with a column-free open floor plate and an expressed steel core.

Meridian needed flexible, lettable floor plates. A central braced steel core carries lateral loads so the perimeter stays glazed and column-light. Our structural drawings coordinated tightly with MEP to keep floor-to-floor heights efficient.
